Frequently Asked Questions
I just purchased a print. How long will it take to arrive?
Each print is made to order at a local art reproduction studio. Production times may vary depending on their current workload. Please allow the following timeframes:
Paper prints: 2–3 weeks
Canvas prints: 3–4 weeks
Framed canvas prints: 4–6 weeks
I’m coming to visit Northern Michigan soon. Where can I see your work in person?
You can find a curated selection of my canvas and framed giclée prints at Gilchrist Farm in Suttons Bay—while you’re there, don’t miss the chance to enjoy a delicious farm-to-table meal!
If you’re closer to Brighton, MI, stop by The Artisan’s Bench, where you’ll find a lovely assortment of my work.
My gift items and children’s book are also available at a growing number of charming local boutiques.
Although I don’t have a public studio or gallery, I always enjoy hearing from you! Feel free to reach out at hello@rebeccadeneau.com—send photos of your space and the prints you're considering, and I’d be happy to offer personalized recommendations.
I live near Traverse City, MI. Can I pick up my print?
Yes! Use the code TCLOCAL for pick ups. Then please send me a message and we will set up a time for you to do a porch pick up once your order is ready. Just note that I live on the far east side of TC near Arbutus lake.
Do you offer framing for your prints?
I am now offering a framing option for CANVAS prints that I think you will love! It is a lovely natural white oak floating frame. You can view it at the bottom of my print page here. Just note that they need to be purchased at the same time you order your canvas print because they require custom sizing to fit properly in the frames. I also wrote a blog post about my favorite go-to frames for my fine art paper prints that you can check out.
Do your canvas giclée prints have any real texture?
There are many styles of canvas prints available today. Some are hand-embellished with paint after printing to add texture. I’ve chosen not to hand-embellish my canvas prints. Instead, they’re produced by a professional art reproduction studio that applies two coats of protective satin varnish, resulting in a finish I truly love.
Thanks to their high-quality image captures and archival printing methods, the canvas gives the illusion of texture from a distance. However, when viewed up close, you'll notice the surface is smooth, with no added paint.
If you're curious to learn more about how my canvas prints are made, I’ve written a post detailing the process—check it out here.
Will you be doing any in person shows coming up?
Yes! I usually do at least one in person art fair in the summer and a holiday market during the winter, and list all upcoming shows and pop-ups on my home page.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Here is a link to my return and exchange policy.
Can you create a custom painting for me?

Do you teach any painting classes?
While I’ve previously offered private lessons and in-person painting workshops, I’m currently focusing on dedicating more time to creating new art collections. That said, I’m excited to share that I’ve recently launched a pre-recorded online painting class! It’s designed to fit your schedule—you can go through it at your own pace, whenever it works best for you. Learn more about the class here.
