Returns and Exchanges

Returns & Exchanges

As a small business, each print is made to order. I do not keep large quantities of inventory on hand, which helps keep costs manageable and allows me to offer high-quality art at fair prices. Because of this, returns create a real cost for my business.

That said, I truly want you to love your new artwork, and I’m happy to offer the following return and exchange policy.

Prints

  • Prints may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in perfect, unused condition.

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

  • A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from all returns and exchanges to help cover production and processing costs.

Damaged Orders

If your print arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include a clear photo of the damage. Each situation will be reviewed and handled on a case-by-case basis.

While every print is carefully packaged for protection, I am not responsible for damage caused by USPS or UPS once the package is in their possession. I know how disappointing this can be, and I appreciate your understanding and kindness as we work together toward a resolution.

Lost or Misdelivered Packages

If your package is marked “Delivered” but cannot be located:

  1. Please first verify that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct.

  2. Check with neighbors or your local post office.

Unfortunately, I cannot replace orders at no cost if an incorrect shipping address was provided. If a package is returned to me due to an address issue, I am happy to resend it once the correct address is confirmed. In that case, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping cost.

Original Paintings

All original paintings are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Before You Order

  • Please measure your space carefully before purchasing to help avoid the need for returns.

  • I now offer print samples to help you order with confidence.
Each 8.5" × 11" sample sheet includes small, color-accurate reproductions from the collection, created by the same local art reproduction studio that produces my prints. You’ll also receive samples of the archival paper and canvas used for giclée printing.

This allows you to see colors and materials in person before committing to a larger piece.

Need Help Deciding?

While I don’t have a public studio or gallery, I’m always happy to help. Feel free to email me at hello@rebeccadeneau.com with photos of your space and the prints you’re considering, and I’ll gladly offer personalized recommendations.

Returning Your Print

If you are making a return or exchange, please carefully repackage the print using the original packaging. Returns may be shipped via USPS or UPS.
