Returns and Exchanges

Being a small business, every print is created after it has been ordered. I do not keep much stock of prints on hand to help reduce my costs. And therefore, every return is cost I have to bear.

That being said, I want you to LOVE your new art! So I want to offer this as my return and exchange policy.

Prints can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receiving your art. They must be returned in perfect condition and customer pays return shipping. Exchanges and returns will have a 20% restocking fee deducted from the total to help cover fees.

If your print was damaged during shipping, please reach out and send a pic of the damaged print with your message. This will be handled on a case by case basis. We are not liable for mishandling or failed delivery by the USPS or UPS. We pack each print with care and protection so that your order will arrive safely. Please be kind. We have no control over the delivery services and are just as sad as you are that the print was damaged.

If your package is marked “Delivered” and yet is nowhere to be found, please first check your confirmation email to ensure that you input the correct shipping address. We are unable to replace any print order for free if the shipping address is incorrect. This does happen occasionally, and it is not uncommon to have the package returned to us. If that is the case, we are more than happy to forward it to your correct address, though we ask that you pay for the postage.

All original paintings are final sale only.

If you are making a return or exchange, please make sure the print is carefully wrapped back up in the original packaging. You can bring it to UPS or USPS and have it sent to us.
